CTMC-v1

Studying cell migration is crucial for better understanding fundamental biological processes such as wound healing, treatment and prevention of cancer, and the development and analysis of drug and immune responses. We introduce a human-annotated live-cell imaging dataset for cell tracking, that is larger and more diverse than prior cell tracking datasets. The dataset consists of 86 live-cell imaging videos that represent 14 different cell lines of various shapes and sizes, with each cell annotated using bounding boxes. We hope this challenge will contribute to the design of more generalized tracking algorithms. The team which achieves the maximum average MOTA wins this challenge. Submissions for the 2021 challenge will be accepted until Friday, 21st May 2021 [5:59 pm Central Standard Time].
