Studying cell migration is crucial for better understanding fundamental biological processes such as wound healing, treatment and prevention of cancer, and the development and analysis of drug and immune responses. We introduce a human-annotated live-cell imaging dataset for cell tracking, that is larger and more diverse than prior cell tracking datasets. The dataset consists of 86 live-cell imaging videos that represent 14 different cell lines of various shapes and sizes, with each cell annotated using bounding boxes. We hope this challenge will contribute to the design of more generalized tracking algorithms. The team which achieves the maximum average MOTA wins this challenge. Winners of CTMC 2024 will be announced at the CVMI workshop at CVPR 2024. Please scroll to the end of the page to download the dataset. More details can be found in our paper and on our website.
